Police in Hall County and Flowery Branch have a driver under arrest and in custody, but not for any speeding violations.
Flower Branch Police and Hall County Sheriff's Office have been on the lookout for the male driver of a white Tesla since a female driver reported a suspect was inappropriately exposing himself toward her on October 25th.
Flowery Branch officials were not able to locate the vehicle or driver until Hall County deputies saw aTesla matching that description along I-985 on Monday, October 30th.
The driver, identified as Mostafa Abdelbaset, allegedly was committing similar lewd acts to passing commuters at the time, and was detained during a traffic stop.
Abdelbaset now faces at least one count of Public Indecency with Flowery Branch Police.
