Alto driver injured from Highway 365 crash in Habersham County

An Alto man is hurt and another faces motor vehicle violations behind a crash in Habersham County on Highway 365.

Georgia State Patrol says the Ford F-250 truck driven by Charles Perry, 59, of Alto, collided with the Toyota Tacoma of Seth Coker, 22, of Alto, at the crossing of Mount Zion Road Wednesday evening, just before 8:00 p.m.

GSP says Perry was turning from 365 Southbound onto Mount Zion Road. when his truck struck Coker's car, sending it over onto its side.

Coker sustained what was described as possible serious injuries and was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, while Perry was cited By GSP for failure to yield while turning left at a crossing.
