BUFORD, Ga. — The Buford girls shut out Effingham County, 3-0, to advance to the quarterfinals of the Class 6A tennis playoffs on Tuesday at Buford City Park.
Berkley Clark picked up the singles win to help the Lady Wolves (19-3) win. Buford also got help in doubles action with Kylie Mccammon and Delaney Richards as well as Marigrace Crossett and Abigail Foretic to seal the victory.
Buford will play centennial in the third round of the state playoffs on Thursday at Buford City Park.
