Two people were critically injured in a single-vehicle accident in Banks County. In a report just released from the Banks County Sheriff’s Office, emergency crews responded to the scene of an accident where one person had been thrown from the vehicle and another was trapped inside the car. Emergency crews were able to rescue the trapped man. Both men were critically injured and taken to Northeast Ga Medical Center in critical condition.
According to Fire Chief Steve Nichols, the accident happened Friday, Mar. 4 just before 7 p.m. on Hwy. 441 south at Hwy 105 in Baldwin.
The Georgia State Patrol is investigating.
