Girls soccer: Bluff routs East Hall; Branch drops another close one

RABBITTOWN — Cherokee Bluff won its fourth straight match on Friday with a 10-0 win over East Hall at East Hall Stadium.

The Lady Bears (4-2) got goals from six different players, led by Kaitlin Cook, who recorded a hat trick and added 2 assists. Genesis Gamez had two goals and an assist and Carson DeMars had two goals for Bluff.

Amelia Dovie, Alyssa Stringer, and Paige Wheat each had one goal. Dovie and Alex Jahnke had two assists, and Anna Gessner and Abigail Foster had one assist each.

It was the third shutout of the season for the Bluff defense.

Bluff next will play host to Pinecrest Academy on Tuesday. East Hall (2-3-2) will play host to Johnson on Tuesday.

The Lady Falcons are still looking for their first win of the season after their second one-goal loss.

Sarah Greiner. scored Branch's lone goal.

Flowery Branch will head to Gainesville on Tuesday.
