A Morganton man driving a tractor on a private road was killed when the vehicle overturned.
The Georgia State Patrol said Luther Stewart, 77, was on the farm tractor pulling a trailer on My Mountain Road in Fannin County when trhe vehicle slid of the west shoulder of the roadway and overturned.
The fatal accident was reported at 10:20 a.m. Monday, Sept. 6.
