Drug ring uncovered across multiple North Georgia counties

An investigation into a drug ring across North Georgia that lasted eighteen months has finally led to the arrests of seven people.

The investigation, which begin in early 2020 in White County, led agents to uncover a ring that stretched across multiple counties. The investigation widened to include White County Sheriff’s Office, Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office, Hall County Sheriff’s Office, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office (ARDEO).

As a result of that investigation, on Monday and Tuesday multiple arrests were made across North Georgia and four pounds of methamphetamine seized, along with nine firearms, and $8,000 in drug money. The approximate street value of the methamphetamine is $28,000.

According to a press release issued from ARDEO, everyone arrested has been charged with violating the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.

The following individuals have been arrested:

Mary Pamela Clay, 61, of Cleveland
Ralph Lonnie Cochran, 57, of Cleveland
Travis Blake Cooper, 38, of Dahlonega
Dennis Jason Dick, 49, of Gainesville
Bradley Patrick Harkins, 33, of Dahlonega
Kathryn Cochran Lambert, 59, of Cleveland
Stacey Callaway Oliver, 41, of Clermont

The investigation is still active and ongoing.
