Marilane Brooks has been located and is safe, according to Gainesville police. Officers did not say where she was found.

The Gainesville Police Department has issued a Mattie's Call for a Gainesville woman who left her home Wednesday afternoon and has not been seen since.
Authorities said Marilane Brooks has early-onset dementia. She left her residence around 1 p.m. in a 2011 Toyota Prius. Police believe she was driving to Gwinnett County.
Brooks was last seen wearing a gray shirt, gray vest, black pants and black boots.
Anyone with has seen Marilane Brooks is asked to call 911.
