Commerce came away with two big awards of the recently released Region 8-A Pubic All-Region football team.
The Tigers advanced to the Class A Public quarterfinals before falling to defending state champion Irwin County last week.
Towns County had one of its best seasons in the last 10 years and also had several players named to the team.
