East Hall man charged after allegedly pointing BB gun at others during altercation

An East Hall County man is facing a felony charge after he allegedly pointed a BB gun rifle at a group of people on Friday.
 
Lt. Scott Ware said Gregory Aaron Bryant, 55, was taken in to custody that evening after the group called 911. Ware said the four victims believed the Red Ryder BB gun was a real shot gun.
 
"It was over a verbal altercation over fireworks being set off by the victims," said Ware.
 
"As I understand it, the fireworks were being set off in front of his house on the roadway," said Ware.
 
No one was injured in the incident in the 3700 block of Renee Circle. Ware believes the victims were adults.
 
Bryant faces aggravated assault and misdemeanor reckless conduct. He was booked into the Hall County Jail but has since bonded out.
