ELLIJAY — Sergio Turcios scored five goals to lead the Class 3A third-ranked East Hall boys soccer team to a 6-1 victory over Gilmer Friday night.
The Vikings (2-1-1) also got one goal from Averen Samuals while Maury Ibarra had 2a pair of assists. Jonathan Escobar, Averen Samuals, Victor Murillo and Freddy Rebollar each had one assist for East Hall.
Daniel Carrillo had 5 saves in goal for the Vikings.
East Hall next will play at Monroe Area on Monday.

The Class 6A third-ranked Gainesville boys improved to 3-0 on the season with a road win over Dawson County Friday night.
Pedro Santos had one goal and one assist and Armando Hernandez also scored for the Red Elephants.
David Esquivel got the shutout in goal.
