A Hall County man wanted for violating his probation has been arrested by county authorities on multiple counts of child molestation.
Bryan Gregory Fossier, 36, was served warrants Wednesday by Hall County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) deputies for child molestation and aggravated child molestation charges.
"Probation was a huge help. Probation actually took custody of him on a probation warrant and we - we being the Sheriff's Office - we served arrest warrants for the child molestation at the probation office, as I understand it, after they had arrested him," said HCSO Lt. Scott Ware.
Ware said Fossier's original charges for the probation included failing to register as a sex offender and aggravated assault.
Ware said once Fossier was in custody, investigators served their warrants. Fossier faces two counts of child molestation and four counts of aggravated child molestation.
The 14-year-old male victim knew Fossier, Ware said.
"It looks like it occurred for about a month, earlier this summer, this past summer. June through July," said Ware.
Fossier is in the Hall County Jail with no bond.
