Two candidates have qualified to run for a vacant city council post in Flowery Branch, City Clerk Melissa McCain confirmed.
Christine Worl and Leslie Jarchow have qualified to run for Post 3, which was vacated by the death last month of Councilman Fred Richards.
Qualifying ended Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.
The race will be on the November 6 ballot.
