Small Business Spotlight: UGA Small Business Development Center has advice for generating holiday sales

By B.J. Williams News Director

Once Halloween is over, we can dive right into the Christmas shopping season, although most retailers started preparations for fourth quarter months ago.

On this week's edition of WDUN's Afternoon News Wrap, Patrick Fulbright, business consultant for the University of Georgia Small Business Center in Gainesville, talks about what small retailers should do in November and December to boost sales. In addition, he offers assistance to small business owners in the area who need help with their current and future business plans.

Listen to this week's interview here.

The Small Business Spotlight airs each Tuesday at 5:40 p.m. on WDUN AM 550/FM 102.9. The weekly feature is sponsored by Roberts Plumbing, North Georgia's Business Plumber.
