Two Hoschton men remained in the Jackson County Jail without bond Friday in connection with a home invasion and armed robbery this past weekend.
The latest arrest in the case came Tuesday, when Marco Dante Davis, 36, was taken into custody, according to a Jackson County Sheriff's Office media release.
Authorities made the first arrest on Sunday, a day after the December 30 incident. They identified that suspect as Daniel Dewane Clark, 30.
"The victim reported that a black male entered his residence, held him at gun point and tied his hands behind his back," Sheriff Janis Mangum wrote in the release. "The victim stated that during this time another subject entered an office building and broke into a safe stealing an unknown amount of money."
The suspects allegedly stole a truck at the office and then left the scene.
Davis is charged with armed robbery, home invasion and burglary. He also faces charges of theft by taking a motor vehicle, false imprisonment and aggravated assault.
Clark faces the same list of charges but was additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of hashish oil and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
Mangum did not immediately disclose the exact location of the incident.
