No injuries were reported following a fire at the Tanger Outlets in Commerce over the weekend.
Social media posts from various agencies, including the City of Commerce Government, reported that crews responded to the Banana Republic store in the shopping center to a ceiling fire in the store’s bathroom Sunday.
Crews with Maysville, Harrisburg and Jackson County were able to knock the fire down and clear smoke from the building.
Officials believe the fire was electrical.
