A Gainesville man was arrested Saturday, charged with the aggravated sodomy of a disabled adult.
The crime — allegedly committed by Christopher John Young, 33, of Gainesville — happened on Marlow Drive in Gainesville on July 11, according to Lt. Scott Ware, Hall County Sheriff's Office spokesman.
The victims were known to one another, said Ware, adding that he did not know the exact relationship between Young and the victim.
Young was arrested Saturday on charges of aggravated sodomy and exploting an elderly person/disabled adult, and remained in the Hall County Jail Monday afternoon.
Young is being held without bond.
