BUFORD — Nine different players scored at least one goal as the Buford girls soccer team came away with a 10-0 rout of Walnut Grove in Region 8-AAAAA action Friday.
The Lady Wolves (8-1, 2-0 Region 8-AAAAA) next will step out of region play on Tuesday and play host to Greater Atlanta Christian.
Ava Sherman netted two goals to lead the Buford attack. Annie Mayo, Caleigh Rowan, Sydney McCullough, Morgan Smith, Maggie Davis, and Heidi Orr each scored once for the Lady Wolves.
Reagan Coleman had a goal two assists and Cameron Hall had one goal and one assist for Buford. Sydney Borgelt recorded two assists and Kylie Buchanan, Angeli Burgos, and Jada Caraballo had one assist apiece for the Lady Wolves.
