Banks County Sheriff's Office lists charges against those arrested in Friday raids

HOMER — The Banks County Sheriff's Office has released more details about the seven people arrested by officers from several agencies during the execution of search and arrest warrants in Alto and Homer on Friday.
 
Those arrested include:
 
♦ Robert Terry Croy, 52, Alto, three counts of sale of Schedule 1 or Schedule 2 controlled substance;
 
♦ Tessa Lynn Croy, 50, Alto, five counts of sale of a Schedule 1 or Schedule 2 controlled substance;
 
♦ Michael Allen Donaldson, 31, Homer, two counts of sale of methamphetamine;
 
♦ Joseph Dillard Hanley, 46, Commerce, three counts of sale of methamphetamine.
 
♦ Barbara Kathleen Nation, 55, Gillsville, sale of methamphetamine;
 
♦ Crystal Gail Sherrill, 37, Commerce, sale of methamphetamine; and
 
♦ Margie Lynn Thacker, 69, Homer, four counts of sale of methamphetamine.
 
The first search warrant was served at the home of Robert Terry Croy and Tessa Lynn Croy at 186 Daily Road, Alto, between Ga. 198 and Caudell Road.
 
The second search warrant was served at 365-A Athens St., Homer, where Thacker was arrested. Sheriff Carlton Speed identified Thacker as Tessa Croy's mother.
 
The third search warrant was served at Donaldson's residence at 266 Evans St., Homer, and resulted in the arrests of Donaldson, Hanley, Sherrill and Nation.
