Bulldoggs rout Walnut Grove for first win

By AccessWDUN Staff

WINDER — The Winder-Barrow football team put a long week behind them with an impressive 41-7 drubbing of Walnut Grove Friday night at home.

Brock Landis tosses four touchdown passes and ran for another as the Bulldoggs erased a tough season-opening loss to Clarke Central last week.

"We had a great week of preparation," Winder-Barrow coach Heath Webb said. "I was really proud of the resiliency of the players. It shows that we aren't going to pack it in when things go bad."

Jamar Mack also had a rushing touchdown for the Bulldoggs, who travel to Northview next week.
