Electronic filing for civil cases coming to Hall County courts

By AccessWDUN staff

The Hall County Court Clerk’s Office will offer eFiling for civil cases beginning July 1.  It will, however, be an optional service and paper filings will still be accepted, according to Clerk of Courts Charles Baker.

The cost for eFiling a civil case will be five dollars plus a credit card convenience fee. This is in addition to the standard $215 filing fee.

Baker says the filings will be made through peachcourt.com, which connects members of the bar to 123 State and Superior Courts across Georgia.

Visit peachcourt.com, call 844-GA-EFILE or email [email protected] for more information.  Or you can call the Hall County Clerk’s Office at 770-531-7025.
