ROME, Ga. (AP) Authorities say a woman was arrested after she pulled a gun on a pro wrestler during a match in north Georgia then waved the gun around endangering others.
The Catoosa County Sheriff's Department tells local news media that 59-year-old Patricia Anne Crowe was a spectator at the event before she pulled the gun on longtime wrestler Paul Lee. The incident occurred May 4 at the American Wrestling Federation arena.
Crowe said in a police report that she let her temper get the best of her before she pulled on the gun the wrestler, his manager and the show's commissioner.
Cpl. Chris Faulk says Crowe admitted she pulled the handgun after their verbal exchange.
Crowe is charged with aggravated assault and reckless conduct. She was released from jail Monday on a $4,000 bond.
