East Hall swept the top honors when the Region 7-AAA All-Region team was announced Tuesday.
The Vikings' Leo Toledo was named the Player of the Year while East Hall coach Chris Horton was named the Coach of the Year after guiding the Vikings to region title and into the Class AAA semifinals for just the second time in program history.
The All-Region team was selections by region coaches.
