JEFFERSON — The Class AAA second-ranked East Hall boys soccer team ran its win streak to seven with a 7-0 victory over Jackson County Tuesday.
The Lady Vikings fell to the Jackson County girls 4-1 in the first game of the day in non-region contests for both clubs.
The East Hall boys (15-1) got four more goals from Leo Toledo, who also added a pair of assists. Carlos Castrejon scored twice and had one assist, Sergio Turcios scored one goal to go with two assists, and Bryan Galvez and Carlos Paulido each had one assist for the Vikings.
Oscar Rosas had six saves in goal for East Hall.
For the Lady Vikings (5-10-1) Maryana Hernandez scored one goal and had four saves in goal. Elizabeth Barcennas also had nine saves in goal for East Hall.
Both teams next will travel to West Hall in key Region 7-AAA battles on Friday.
