Rachel Spain is the newest member to the United Way of Hall County team.
Spain has been named Vice President of Resource Development, replacing Joy Griffin, who will be the agency's new President and Chief Professional Officer.\
According to a press release from United Way, she has a long history in serving Hall and surrounding counties through various roles in elder care. Spain most recently worked as Regional Director of Operations for an assisted living company.
