United Way of Hall County offering free Mental Health First Aid training

United Way of Hall County will be conducting free Mental Health First Aid training on Jan. 22.

The course can be taken both virtually or in person and will take place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

However, those interested must complete 2 hours of online prep work in order to being allowed into the virtual training.

The 8-hour course will equip the individuals with essential skills to support someone facing a mental health challenge or crisis.

In person trainings are also available for businesses and/or groups of 10 or more in English or Spanish.
