GILLSVILLE - A student from East Hall High School was killed Wednesday morning in a traffic accident on Bryant Quarter Road.
Hall County School officials and the Georgia State Patrol are waiting to release the student's name pending notification of all relatives. The school system has sent additional counselors to East Hall High to talk with students and teachers.
The student, a girl, was a junior at East Hall, according to the school system.
The two-vehicle wreck happened around 7:44 a.m. near Emory Griffin Road.
