DEMOREST — Piedmont College soprano Kelly Hood of Buford will present her senior voice recital at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, July 9, in the college chapel in Demorest.
She will be singing works by Francis Poulenc, Erik Satie, Samuel Barber, Henry Purcell, Franz Schubert, George Frideric Handel, and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and will be accompanied by Benji Stegner.
Admission is free. Hood is a double major in English and music and will be graduating July 25. She plans to pursue a graduate degree in vocal performance.
