FLOWERY BRANCH -- The Flowery Branch girls rebounded from a tough loss the night before to take a 38-26 victory over Loganville in Region 8-AAAAA action.
The Lady Falcons (12-10, 9-5 Region 8-AAAAA) survived a two-point first quarter. The rallied lead 9-7 at halftime and exploded in the second half to outscore Loganville 29-19 in the second half to pull away for the win.
Heather Moore paced Flowery Branch with 13 points. Julianne Sutton had 12 points and Kylah Mize had 10 for the Lady Falcons.
