CLARKESVILLE - Georgia DOT announces a public information open house and detour meeting to discuss the proposed detours of local roads that intersect State Route 17 in Franklin and Stephens counties. Two projects will widen SR 17 to a four-lane, divided highway from the Franklin-Stephens County Line to Memorial Drive in Toccoa.
