Sunday night street closing

GAINESVILLE - Part of the main east-west route through downtown Gainesville will be closed for about twelve hours starting at 7:00 Sunday night.

The right lane of Washington Street from E.E. Butler Parkway to Bradford Street will be closed for water main repairs.

In addition, Hancock Avenue between Industrial Boulevard and Marler Street on the southside of Gainesville will be closed from 8 a.m. until about 2 p.m. Monday for resurfacing.
