Bradford St. water service interruption

GAINESVILLE - Sections of one of the main north-south routes through Gainesville will be without water service most of the day Thursday.

City officials say service will be interrupted from 9:00 until 6:00 on Bradford Street, primarilty in the business district in the middle of town, in order to complete water main improvements in the area. They note, however, that these hours are "approximate."

And, they urge city water customers along Bradford to take the necessary precautions to prevent damage to any equipment that requires water.
