Rowan received his bachelors degree from Davidson College in North Carolina. He earned his Master's in Hospital Administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He earned his medical degree from the University Of Cincinnati College Of Medicine and completed his Orthopaedic residency at the University of Connecticut. He is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Southern Orthopaedic Association and Florida Orthopaedic Association.<br />

Conaway earned his bachelors and medical degrees from Cornell College in Iowa. He completed his Orthopaedic residency at Detroit Orthopaedic Hospital, Detroit Mich. He is board certified in Orthopaedic surgery. He is a member of the Medical Association of Georgia, American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedics, The hand surgery Section, A.C.O.S., Georgia Osteopathic Institute, Georgia Osteopathic Medical Association and the Georgia Orthopaedic Society Inc. <br />
