GAINESVILLE - 21-year-old Charles Douglas Graham aka "Cholo", who was once charged with murder in Hall County is once again arrested in Gainesville.
Hall County MANS agents say Graham was banned from the county two years ago, adding he was spotted on the 11th, but eluded police.
He was spotted again Thursday and was arrested without incident on Pearl Nix Parkway at Davis Street.
Graham, who now shows an Athens address, has had many brushes with the law including being charged with a drive-by shooting murder in June, 2002. Two people died in the shooting, Graham was acquitted.
He was arrested again in September, 2003 for two fights, one of which happened on the campus of Gainesville High School.
In December, 2006 Graham was ordered out of the county for at least two years.
Graham is said by investigators to be a known member of the Pure Latin Crew youth gang.
