GAINESVILLE - Teresa Boulware has been named Vice President, Retail Lending, with Lumpkin County Bank, a division of Gainesville Bank & Trust (GB&T) and Angela Antonia has been promoted to Retail Operations Officer for all GB&T branches.<br>

With over 25 years of banking experience, Boulware has been with Lumpkin County Bank since 1993, working primarily in the areas of retail lending, customer service, payroll and benefits, and loan operations. Before joining Lumpkin County Bank, she was with Bank of Dahlonega. <br>

Antonia will focus on regulatory and compliance issues and developing related policies and procedures. She was previously Main Office Branch Manager at Lumpkin County Bank. Prior to the merger, she worked as Compliance Officer with the responsibility of assuring that the bank was compliant with all FDIC and state regulations, and she was responsible for writing compliance-related policies.
