JEFFERSON - Loganville swept a doubleheader against Jackson County Friday in Region 8-AAAA action.<br>

The Red Devils took Game 1 9-3 and then led 11-0 before Jackson County scored in a 16-1, five inning rout in Game 2.<br>

In the first game the Panthers led 3-1 but Loganville scored eight runs in the final two innings to pull out the win.<br>

In the second game, the Panthers (4-14, 1-10 in region) were held to just one Bradley Phillips hit in the loss.<br>
<br>
For Jackson in the first game, Russ Williams had two hits, one RBI and two stolen bases while Michael Mauldin, Trevor Booth, and Matt Bolt each had one hit. Booth added two RBI for the Panthers.<br>
<br>
In the second game, Loganville had 12 hits.
