JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) Wisconsin-Milwaukee pulled off its third major upset in two years, beating sixth-seeded Oklahoma 82-to-74 in the Minneapolis Regional.<br>

The eleventh-seeded Horizon League champions got 24 points apiece from Boo Davis and Joah Tucker, who was one of the stars in Milwaukee's stunning run to the round of 16 last year.<br>

Terrell Everett led Oklahoma with 19 points.<br>

The Panthers improve to 22-and-8. The Sooners drop to 20-and-9.<br>

Oklahoma has made eleven N-C-A-A appearances in 12 seasons under coach Kelvin Sampson and this is their first loss in first round since being beaten by Indiana State in 2001.<br>
