JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) Wisconsin-Milwaukee pulled off its third major upset in two years, beating sixth-seeded Oklahoma 82-to-74 in the Minneapolis Regional.<br> <br> The eleventh-seeded Horizon League champions got 24 points apiece from Boo Davis and Joah Tucker, who was one of the stars in Milwaukee&#39;s stunning run to the round of 16 last year.<br> <br> Terrell Everett led Oklahoma with 19 points.<br> <br> The Panthers improve to 22-and-8. The Sooners drop to 20-and-9.<br> <br> Oklahoma has made eleven N-C-A-A appearances in 12 seasons under coach Kelvin Sampson and this is their first loss in first round since being beaten by Indiana State in 2001.<br> <br> (Copyright 2006 by The Associated Press.
