<p>The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for next week's trading remained unchanged at 74.75 Wednesday, based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds.</p><p>The market was steady and the live supply is adequate for a normal to good demand. Average weights were ranging desirable to lighter than desired in a few instances.</p><p>Estimated slaughter Wednesday was 4,937,600 head, compared with 5,064,500 head last Wednesday.</p><p>The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading were: line run tenders $1.72; skinless boneless breasts $1.52; whole breasts 85.00; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.07; leg quarters 43.00; and wings 82.50. Demand on line run tenders, boneless skinless thigh meat and wings is mostly normal; skinless boneless breasts and whole breasts is normal to good, mostly normal; while the demand on leg quarters ranges good to normal.</p>
