HOMER - Three members of a Homer family were injured in Banks County Thursday morning in a one-car wreck.
The state patrol says the 19-year-old driver, Carlos Aguilar, and two passengers, Oscar Aguilar, 16, and Shano Aguilar, 10, were taken to BJC Hospital in Commerce.
Troopers the car, driven by Carlos Aguilar, was traveling too fast for conditions and on slick tires when it left the road and struck a tree about 2 a.m.
It happened on Georgia 51 near Gillsville Road.
