GAINESVILLE - Shuttle buses will be available April 23 to ferry people into downtown Gainesville for the Corkscrew Festival and the start of the fifth leg of this year's Tour de Georgia.
Red Rabbit buses will operate between the Gainesville High and Sherwood Plaza parking lots starting at 8 a.m.
State Department of Transportation officials, who made the announcement, say parking downtown will be at a premium that day.
The Corkscrew Festival begins at 10:00 and the fifth leg of the Tour de Georgia rolls out of town two hours later, headed to Brasstown Bald.
