SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) Derrick Moss scored on a 1-yard run with 21 seconds left in the game then added a two-point conversion, lifting Central State of Ohio to a 28-27 win over Savannah State on Saturday in a battle of winless teams.<br>

Moss ran for 112 yards on 25 carries.<br>

The Tigers (0-8) took a 27-14 lead in the third quarter when Clyde Tullis caught a 39-yard touchdown from Garrett Williams.<br>

Williams, who went 22-for-31, threw for 283 yards, three touchdowns and one interception for Savannah State. Chadrick Cone rushed 34 times for 190 yards and a TD.<br>

Savannah State had five turnovers, four on fumbles.<br>
<br>
Central (1-5) answered with Ife Oyedokun's 38-yard passing score to Anthony Madison in the third, then Moss scored the game-winning points.<br>
<br>
Oyedokun completed 6-of-15 passes for 122 yards, three touchdowns and had one interception for Central.<br>
<br>
Oyedokun had connected with Donnell Simon on a 19-yard scoring pass in the second quarter and hit Marcus Fails on a 52-yard scoring play just over a minute before halftime.<br>

Williams other scoring passes covered 11 yards to Tullis in the first quarter and 31 yards to Stanley Byron in the second.<br>
