Area spikers in two key meets Tuesday

OAKWOOD - Two early Area 7 volleyball tri-meets Tuesday could go a long way in determining the early front-runners for this year&#39;s area championship.<br> <br> West Hall, a preseason favorite, will play host to south Hall rivals Johnson and Flowery Branch. Johnson was a Class AAA state semifinalist last year but has gotten off to a slow start this year. The Lady Spartans, however, are rolling early with a 4-0 record and not having lost a single game.<br> <br> The other meet will be at Chestatee where the Lady War Eagles, who are playing well early, will play host to Pickens and Gainesville.<br> <br> Chestatee&#39;s only loss was to West Hall and the Lady War Eagles knocked off Class AAAA teams Jackson County and North Forsyth.<br> <br> Both meets begin at 4:30 p.m.<br> <br> In other volleyball action, the Lakeview Academy team will travel to Hebron Christian Academy in an Area 7-AA/A tri-meet with Hebron and Providence Christian.
