<p>College World Series fans looking for a ticket to the games may want to turn in scalpers to police instead of bargaining with them.</p><p>Omaha police have turned in over 100 tickets confiscated from scalpers to the box office since the series began on Friday. The tickets are then put up for resale.</p><p>As for the scalpers, 12 people have been arrested for selling tickets above face value, which is a violation of a city ordinance, police Lt. Tim Conahan said.</p><p>Undercover officers are dispatched around the stadium and surveillance cameras are also being used.</p><p>The city ordinance prohibits the sale of tickets for more than face value within half a mile of Rosenblatt Stadium and other sports and concert venues in Omaha.</p><p>So far, close to $6,000 has also been confiscated from illegal ticket sales, Conahan said.</p><p>"If this is the worst thing we have to worry about, then we're doing OK," he said.</p><p>___</p><p>CROWDED HOUSE:@ Fans continue to pour into Rosenblatt Stadium. The Gamecocks are just the sixth team in CWS history to score 30 or more runs in two consecutive games. The last team to do it was Tennessee in 2001 with 32 runs over two games. LSU set the record for most runs scored in two consecutive games with 34 in 1991.</p>
