Hall United Way nearing this year's goal

GAINESVILLE - This year's Hall County United Way campaign got a big shot in the arm recently from one of its biggest contributors - Fieldale Farms.

Fieldale celebrated the completion of its campaign with a luncheon at its corporate offices in Baldwin.

At that time, CEO Joe Hatfield presented a check for almost $117,000 to United Way campaign chair Emily Bagwell.

United Way of Hall County has reached about 80 percent of this year's $1.8 million goal.
