GAINESVILLE - You can have your say later this week on the Georgia 365 corridor sewer project at a town hall meeting hosted by the Hall County Board of Commissioners.
The meeting will be held Wednesday at 5:00 in the commission office which is now located in the Courthouse Annex next to the new courthouse.
County officials said in announcing the meeting Friday that plans for the project will be displayed for public view during the one-and-a-half hour meeting.
Plans for the project have been criticized on two fronts: by those who fear it will have an adverse impact on the area, specifically the historic Head's Mill, and by those who feel the sewer needs of South Hall, the fastest-growing part of the county, will suffer if money and resources are poured into the East Hall project.
