Lady Falcons rebound from upset loss

ATHENS - Flowery Branch coach Angela Middleton was at a loss for words Friday after a stunning 53-52 upset loss to North Hall.

She was all smiles Saturday as the Lady Falcons (10-3) rebounded with a resounding 69-22 win over Class A Athens Christian.

Kristina Tyler, who was held to just six points against North hall, had a huge game inside recording a triple-double with 21 points, 10 rebounds and 10 steals to lead the Lady falcons.

Beth Adcock poured in 19 and freshman Courtney Newton, who had 24 against North Hall, added 11.
