War to be discussed at Gainesville meeting

GAINESVILLE - The war in Iraq will be the subject of a public forum to be held Thursday night in Gainesville.

The theme of the session will be "Iraq: What Next?"

Panelists will include a Gainesville soldier, recently returned from Iraq; a political science professor from Georgia State University; and, a Gainesville minister.

Sponsored by the Northeast Georgia Peace Corner Group, the forum begins at 7:00 at the Thurmond McRae Lecture Hall at Brenau University.
