OAKWOOD - Johnson used a 19-8 first quarter to grab the lead and never look back in a taking a 91-75 win over North Hall Saturday night in girls basketball action.
Sophomore Whitney Randolph poured in a career-high 32 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the No. 3 Lady Knights.
There was no letdown for Johnson (14-4) after a big win over Flowery Branch the night before.
"I was a little worried after such a big game (Friday night)," coach Benji Wood said. "The girls played hard and we did a good job of getting everyone involved."
Randolph led four players in double figures. Brooke Baker added 18, Sarah Lane 15, and Erin Tyre 13 for the Lady Knights. Krystyn Young recorded 10 steals for Johnson.
North Hall (7-7) was coming off a big win over Pickens the night before. After falling behind early, the Lady Trojans climbed to within 39-32 at halftime behind Megan Westmoreland, who finished with a team-high 28 points.
But Johnson outscored them 25-16 in the third quarter to put the game away.
Lindsay Kitchens finished with 22 points for North Hall.
