GAINESVILLE - The Lakeview Academy girls basketball team puit in the defensive performance of the season friday night against Tallulah Falls.<br>

The Lady Lions held Tallulah Falls to just 3 first half points - and no points in the second and third quarters - in taking a 71-13 win in Region 8-A North action.<br>
<br>
Lakeview (14-4, 7-1) was led by Christi Thomas with 16 points. Chelsey Chastain, Nadia Muhanna and Lydiann Jacobs each added 10 for the Lady Lions.<br>
<br>
They led 25-3 after the first quarter, 43-3 at halftime and took a 58-3 into the final period.
